hi! our little family includes...(in order of cuteness):

we live in atlanta, georgia where we're both employed full-time in the advertising industry. in our spare time, we like to cook, work on home improvement projects, play outside, travel, watch movies, and hang out with friends + fam. we started this blog as a way to capture our projects in-action, share updates with family across the country, and keep our favorite recipes within easy reach.


since starting the blog in jan 2010 (late bloomers, i know), we've met fellow bloggers and been amazed at how fascinating blogland is! originally i didn't think anyone would be interested in what we did in our own little lives, but, as it turns out, you do! and that's so cool. it turns out i'm interested AND have time to read about complete strangers, too. who'd have ever thought? our blog has had some milestones so far, and we look forward to future ones.


when we started this blog, we were single-income newlyweds (thanks, economy!) and trying to figure out our place in the daily grind. even since landing the 2nd income this spring, we're trying to be frugal without sacrificing our little luxuries along the way. even moreso now with a babe on the way!
